Ginger-Garlic paste is a crushed mixture of raw ginger and garlic cloves.This paste is widely used in many parts of India. So, It is considered to be one of the most profitable business on small-scale as well as on large-scale in Food industry. This business is considered to be a boon among rural parts of India where it is run by groups of women as well. Apart from being a profitable business, Ginger garlic paste is known for its health benfits as ginger is good for digestion and garlic is used to cure for diabetis. And this paste enhances the taste of the indian curries and Vegetable dishes.So, We use ginger -Garlic paste as a catalyst. In this video, We will share details and procedure about making the ginger-garlic paste.
