Project Description

Fruitcake is a rich dense cake packed with dry fruits and nuts flavoured with spices usually made during Christmas. In India, this is found everywhere during the Christmas season, although it is also available commonly throughout the year Fruitcake is a dense, sweet cake made with dried or candied fruits, nuts, and spices, and is often soaked in alcohol. It's a popular holiday dessert, especially at Christmas, but can be enjoyed year-round.
