French fries are made from potatoes which are cut in stick shaped slices and is deep fried. French fries are very popular snack among the world but now, It is steadily seen that even Indian likes the crispy and crunchy French fries snacks .A pinch of black salt is added to it to enhance its taste. French fries making business is a profitable venture in food industry as it is very much in demand and liked by people and been popular among cafes, food outlets and even at homes etc.
