Eno is an Ayurvedic medicine that provides quick relief from acidity, heartburn, and stomach discomfort: Eno neutralizes excess stomach acid by dissolving into an effervescent solutio Dissolve one sachet or teaspoon (5 gm) of Eno in 150 ml of water and drink immediately.Adults and children aged 12 years and older can take Eno every 2-3 hours if needed.Eno is an over-the-counter antacid brand produced by Haleon. Its main ingredients are sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate and citric acid.
