Project Description

Chocolate confectionery includes any solid or semi-solid food primarily made of chocolate or cocoa with or without the inclusion of fruits or nuts, as well as food made by wrapping, coating, or encasing sugar confectionery in chocolate, but excludes fried, filled, or flavoured with chocolate biscuits, chocolate ice cream, and baked chocolate confectionery.
