Chikki is a traditional sweet and is generally made from coconut, peanuts and jaggery. It can be kept stored for longer time so , Chikki making business is high in demand in food industry. Chikki also has many health benefits as the magnesium and iron in jaggery makes muscle stronger and cures anemia as it improves hemoglobin. In short, Chikki helps in boosting metabolism and strengthen bones.
