Project Description

Bread is one of the oldest and largest foodstuffs eaten and is consumed by all age groups all over the world. It has been a popular food in large parts of the world throughout documented history and is one of the oldest man-made foods, having been of great significance since the dawn of agriculture. Bread is a mixture of flour, water, salt, yeast and other ingredients that is the result of baking. From a nutritional viewpoint, good bread has a variety of standards, from wheat production to methods of storage.
